Privacy Policy
Effective April 28, 2026
LEYI LLC (“LEYI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds AI-powered consumer apps and the websites that support them (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to leyi.llc and any LEYI app or service that links to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We try to collect as little as we need to run the Services well. The categories below describe what we may collect; not every category applies to every product.
- Information you provide. Email address, account details, content you submit (such as prompts, messages, or files), and anything you send us when you contact support.
- Usage and device data. Approximate location (from IP), device and OS, browser type, pages or screens viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure basic, aggregated traffic. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them.
- Information from third parties. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider or link a service, we receive the basic profile information you authorize.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To operate AI features — including sending prompts to model providers and returning responses to you.
- To communicate with you about updates, security notices, and product news you opt into.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents, and to enforce our terms.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and property of LEYI and others.
3. AI features and your content
Some Services use third-party large language models and other AI providers to generate output. When you use those features, the content you submit is transmitted to the relevant provider under their terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your inputs or outputs to train third-party foundation models without your consent. We may use de-identified or aggregated data to evaluate and improve our own product behavior.
4. How we share information
We share information only in limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Hosting, analytics, error monitoring, email delivery, and AI model providers that process data on our behalf under written contracts.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
- With your direction. When you ask us to share information with a third party, or through features you choose to use.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When a retention period ends, we delete, anonymize, or archive the data using reasonable technical measures.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@leyi.llc. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing is typically performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the Services, your consent, or compliance with law.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process data there and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for cross-border transfers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice — for example, by updating the effective date or by posting a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Services after the update means you accept the revised policy.
