Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Notify us at hello@leyi.llc if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, scrape, or disrupt the Services, our infrastructure, or other users.
• Reverse engineer the Services, except where prohibition is not permitted by applicable law.
• Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive, sexually explicit involving minors, promotes self-harm, or that you do not have rights to share.
• Use the Services to build a competing product or to train machine-learning models without our written permission.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-created in contexts that require disclosure.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant LEYI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and process Your Content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

The Services include features that produce content using artificial intelligence (“Output”). Output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. You are responsible for evaluating Output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions. Identical or similar Output may be generated for other users; we make no claim of exclusivity in Output.

You are responsible for how you use Output, including any publication, distribution, or commercial use, and for complying with the terms of any third-party model providers that power a given feature.

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by LEYI or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation to you.

The Services may interoperate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for those services and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Some Services may be offered for a fee. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies for paid Services will be presented at purchase. We may change features, pricing, or availability of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice where required.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services or Output will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEYI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LEYI from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not required to be resolved by another method, and each party waives any objection to venue in those courts. Nothing in this section limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice — for example, by updating the effective date or by posting a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Services after the update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and LEYI regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
